Ordering Instructions

Please note that when ordering with Simply+Green Solutions you will be assigned an account manager that will help guide you along this process. If you have any questions or concerns we are at your disposal so please feel free to contact your account manager by phone or email as needed.

 

Stocked in USA Bags

  1. Navigate to the product page you are interested in.
  2. Fill in "Order Details" section.
    1. Select "Deadline Sensitive Project" if you have a deadline.
    2. Fill in the quantity of bags you are interested in. Please note our minimum order quantities listed in below in the "Product Specifications" section.
    3. Select which printing process you feel best meets your needs. If you are looking for blank bags please select "Blank" as your printing option.
    4. If you have your artwork on hand please upload it under the "Upload Artwork" field.
    5. Please use the "Customization notes / Special requests" section to write us a short message if you feel there is anything we need to know about your order.
    6. To help us better reach you in the future please make a selection in the "How did you find us?" drop down menu.
  3. Select which fabric color you would like from the "Fabric Color" drop down menu.
  4. Click the yellow "Quote" button. Please note that quotes are free and do not require credit card information or payment.
  5. If you did not submit artwork you will be contacted by one of our account managers to finalize your bag design.
  6. If your submitted artwork is print ready your account manager with contact you via email with a formal quote and artwork proof (spec).
  7. Approve the quote and artwork proof (spec) by signing and faxing/emailing back to us.
  8. Payment will be requested by your account manager prior to full production.
  9. Once your payment is processed we will then send your order into full production.
  10. When your bags are completed we will quality control your bags.
  11. Once cleared by quality control your bags will be shipped to you via shipment method you request (FedEx, USPS, UPS, or Freight).
  12. Tracking information will be emailed to you.
  13. Your bags will be delivered. Please make sure to inspect your bags at this time and if any issues arise please contact us back ASAP.

  1. Navigate to the product page you are interested in.
