- Our lead time is 6-9 weeks from the approval of the printed sample. The lead time can be affected by the design complexity.

- We prefer vector based (line art) in editable forms of eps/ai/pdf.

4. What options are available for shipping our order?

- Standard ground shipment of 3-5 business day (does not include production lead times). Domestic rush delivery is available, but subject to quotation. International overnight shipping is available; varies from destination countries.

7. What fabric colors do you offer?

- Over 30 colors of fabric available. But domestic availability may vary. Please email info@simplygreensolutions.com for a fabric swatch pack.

8. What colors can you silk-screen?

- Any Pantone callout from the solid uncoated catalogue can be matched within 92% accuracy for silk-screened ink. 4-color process available (minimum quantities vary, please contact info@simplygreensolutions.com).

9. What forms of payment do you accept?

-  Check, money order and all major credit cards are accepted.

10. What are your minimum order quantities?

- Domestically we have a 100 unit minimum for bags and 50 unit minimum for bottles. Standard Overseas orders carry a 200 unit minimum. And complex cmyk or laminate printed products have a 5,000 unit minimum.

11. Can I receive a sample product?

- Yes, please contact info@simplygreensolutions.com to receive a sample.

12. Can we use our own shipping account?

- Yes, we can ship via your FedEx or UPS Account when requested.

13. Can I create a custom bag with my dimensions and design?

- Yes, please contact info@simplygreensolutions.com and a account manager will personally work with you to design and produce your products.

14. Do your bags have stiff base inserts like the bags I see at markets?

- Wide gusseted bags have the optional PE/PP insert. But other products must be requested. Cost may vary.

15. Can I get a custom fabric color?

- Yes, but a minimum quantity applies.

16. Is one bag style better than another?
